• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture provided via Google Sign-In.
• Calendar Data: Event details (titles, times, descriptions) from your connected Google Calendar to enable scheduling and management features.
• Communication Data: Messages you send to the AI assistant and your phone number if you opt-in for WhatsApp/SMS reminders.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly to provide and improve the calling, scheduling, and reminding functionality of the Zelmind application. specifically, we use it to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Zelmind scheduling service.
• Process your natural language requests to create, update, or delete calendar events.
• Send you reminders and notifications via your preferred channels (Email, WhatsApp).

Google User Data Limited Use: Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for developing, improving, or training generalized AI and/or ML models.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers solely for the purpose of operating our app:

• AI Providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic): To process your natural language commands. Data shared is limited to the content of your requests and necessary context.
• Twilio: To send WhatsApp and SMS notifications.
• Google: To integrate with your Google Calendar.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

You can revoke Zelmind's access to your Google Calendar at any time via your Google Account security settings. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
